Located in the KI Bar and Pavillion, just near the entrance to the hotel, Gecko’s Meeting Room is a raised space to hold sophisticated events.
Holding up to 120 guests in comfort, it’s perfect for meetings, conferences, team presentations, long-table dinners, or classy cocktail events.
And with a space for a live band or DJ, it’s the ideal venue for when you want to dance the night away with family and friends.
Event space hire rates
- Full day hire – Inside section – 9 hours – $400.00
- Half day hire – Inside section – 4 hours – $200.00
- Full venue hire – $650

Venue hire includes a comprehensive set of AV equipment to ensure it goes off without a hitch. This includes:

- Speakers (to connect to a laptop)
- Lectern
- High-speed wi-fi
